We've covered this already. This is likely David again, doing his tax-reduction manoeuvres.

Agree 100%.
Lets just say that something was wrong (just in theory) - 8500 wouldn't save any of the insiders butts. They would have better chances recovering potential losses by "staying in" no matter what happens - no chance of off-loading all their shares in the open market anyway.
