To turn CUU from public to private, the party (EE in this case) making a takeover bid, for all the remaining OS shares he does not own, must first announce his intention in a NR stating his intention and the offer price for the shares.

CUU's Board would then have to consider the bid and determine, for All shareholders, whether or not the bid is fair, knowing what they know about the underlying value of the company and the assets it owns. The Board would then make its recommendation to ALL shareholders on whether or not they should sell.

It is then up to the individual SH's whether or not to sell the shares.

I think this is highly unlikely at this stage. JMO
