I kept trying to call the office and Mike Smith finally answered the phone. I asked him if Teck will be delivered the BFS this week. He was kind of hesitant to say anything. Like as if he was on blackout and couldn't or shouldn't make any commitment. He did say however, "it's almost done." They are hoping this week or next. I said we were told in conference call that we were planning to deliver BFS to Teck in mid-January and its now mid-January. He said that we need to give it give or take, a few days. He said, "It won't be long." I said, we were hoping Teck would be served the BFS before the Vancouver Show and he said "We are hoping for that too... but sometimes things are beyond our control." "It will be soon."

IMO, this sounds like a repeat performance of the question, when the BFS would be completed and we waited and waited and waited. However, the major difference is, there is a drop dead date of February 4, 2013 (45 days from NR of BFS) which is the latest the SEDAR filing has to be filed and Teck is delivered BFS. So, it won't be long now.
