I still believe that the BFS is known by Teck. They don't need an official delivered BFS. They will announce a deal, or announce there is no deal. Deal done, and we don't have to like it. WE have been going and going with one belief after the other. We have been kept uninformed this long,why would this scenario change until an announcement. JMO
