I wonder who is in the mixed bag.
If I pay a little extra I can trade as Anon.
I have been thinking more on the valuation of Schaft Creek. The more I look at it the more value I see.
BASE Case NPV 8% for half the resource 540 mil with 171 mil tons of resorce treated as waste.
very unscientifically scribbled things
Figure the 171 mil tons is worth 1 billion dollars if treated as resource instead and kept to a 21 year mine life.
Then for simplicity double it as only half the resource is in the mine plan and only charge cost of continued operations instead of full Capex.
I ended up with $1.95 per share (823 million dollars) for a 75% diluted schaft creek based on the base case.
Then I started to think of what real world values are 2.665 billion at 5%
Using the same over simple valuation I ended up with
$5.19 per cuu share (2.19 billion dollars) 75% diluted Schaft Creek.
Ramblings to fill the time
