We do get up to 4x the money back though.

What I am wondering is why a PP instead of buying at market? Wouldn't buying at market eat up those pesky loose shares, up the SP and we would have less dilution?

I wonder what the thinking is, as the PP will keep the price stable, but may create some confidence. Just cant see how this will generate the interest to push the price up.
