Imho, this is a good sign. If they allow the options to expire worthless they could have the alternative to award themselves more bonus/performance options at an even lower price than these ones that are set to expire. The fact that they chose to extend these options at their original stike price tells me they do expect the sp to be much higher than where it is today. If CUU is still around in July for their AGM, I don't think any of us have a problem voting yes if we received an offer of $5/sh from Teck for SC before hand.
