You mean the Feasibility that Teck hasn't got yet? The one where the clock doesn't start until Teck does get it?

It's okay, just kidding. We all know that Teck has been looking over CUU's shoulder the whole time but it's easy to forget stuff and it's good that you remind us just in case we do forget. It's a good point that Teck can't exactly criticize the Feasibility after having had such input. But why does it have to be such a pantomime? And what's holding up the 'official' delivery?
