Here's the way I envision things unfolding:

The conference gets rolling with hundreds of booths set up, but there's a void at the designated Copper Fox space.

Immediately investors begin speculating the CUU has been bought out by Teck.

After the buyout rumour generates buzz throughout the room, the CUU crew ambles in and apologizes to everyone for running late.

"Sorry, we got stuck in traffic behind a big Tetra Tech truck. Funny thing, it's not the first time that has happened to us."

The crew starts to hurridly assemble Copper Fox booth. As a finishing touch, one of the workers unfurls a brand new banner proclaiming, "Copper Fox Metals... this week or next."

Some people on the floor notice the banner and share a chuckle. But, increasingly, attendees are turning their attention to word that a premium roast coffee is available for show goers at a very enticing price. They start to make their way towards the vendor, craving an affordable and satisfying caffeine fix.

Before anyone can purchase a single cup, Ernesto shows up and announces he just purchased all of the specially brewed java himself.

"You'll have to settle for the regular coffee at standard prices. Sorry."

"Who are these jokers," one show attendee asks.

"Business as usual," a CUU shareholder responds without a hint of a smile...
