Ok your correct, need time to vote, the problem is everything with this play, has been either late or delivered last minute I don't see that changing,

Who has been primarily responsible for the delays? TT or CUU management, or both? When the BFS is handed to Teck the ball will be in Teck's hands and that means that TT and CUU management will no longer be influencing the timeline and Teck will have a limited time to act.
