I don't know that that is true. I don't see why CUU could not begin the drill program for teck on the 171 mil tons. Then Teck could pay for the drilling if they chose to back in and phase in to running the project.

CUU needs to keep rolling. They can't just stop they need to keep adding value to the project. Even if Teck backs in they will want to improve the economics of the property and possibly drill out new zones to attract more value when they sell.

Just my thinking.
