If the report is positive under §5.5(b)(ii) but not under §5.5(b)(i), Teck Cominco may nevertheless elect, in its sole discretion, to deem the report to be a Positive Bankable Feasibility Study.

This is the important clause because our feasibility was not positive under clause 5.5(b)(i). They are saying it is a Positive Feasibility Study; but Teck still has to decide whether it is a Positive Bankable Feasibility Study. Until we have produced a Positive Bankable Feasibility Study we haven't fulfilled our part of the Agreement and won't have earned the Liard shares.

Apparently, out of the blue, we have 30-days to wait to see if Teck accepts this study as bankable. I really thought they had agreed with Teck on the parameters and that was why there was a delay.
