then that is their acknowlegement that the BFS is positive

It is positive at NPV 8%, but not at NPV 12% so it is not yet bankable as determined by the Agreement.

This means that theoretically Teck could refuse this feasibility document and ask that it be improved so that it is a positive feasibility at NPV 12%. That would take another year of drilling and dilution.
