Guys, let's just relax a little here. There seems to be a constant theme running here about how Teck is going to "screw" us by giving a low ball offer or tying us in court or finding an excuse to delay us further or rejecting the BFS etc. etc. etc.

If you look at Teck's history of deals they have a reputation as a fair player with their junior partners. How would it look for them to suddenly pull a fast one on us now? How would it look to their other junior partners? How would other junior partners do business with a player like that in the future?

Teck has a reputation to maintain as a growing company that does alot of JVs and deals with other juniors. Imho, I don't think it is in their best interest to play fast and loose like many here are imagining. They have worked with CUU management on the BFS from the very beginning and have given their blessing to the public release of the BFS. They are not suddenly going to turn around to find loopholes to make us redo it over. So let's all relax and wait for the clock to start. My 2 cents.
