If Teck has up to 30 days to accept the BFS and then 120 days to back in then yes it is 5 months. I didnt make this up it is what was discussed at VIRC. If Elmer miss spoke or I some how did not understand I apologize. When I heard Elmer state the 30 day to accept I directly asked him and he said yes on top of the 120 making it 5 months. I am done with this topic, ask yourselves please.
