I've thought the same thing - but am curious as to how they might do it now, at this point. I feel like they'd have to declare an intention (maybe I'm wrong) with them probably recieiving the BFS and having to make a backin decision soon. Unless they backin and then buy on the open market and then make an offer, however I always thought they'd do it in "one go" and we'd be higher now. The optics may be hard now, but TCK.A shares are really what matter for having the decision go through. If we get TCK.B shares though that sucks as we'll probably be selling into an already selling market.
