Don't think Teck will care much about shareholders happy.

1. They have dual class shares. Keevil owns majority with his class A.

2. They have large backers in CIC.

3. Look at Fording Coal.

4. Look at history of aquiring miners and see if they cared much about SP. Look at FCX for example. $20 billioin take over to move into oil.

When people make a negative argument saying Teck shareholders won't be happy to pay multiples for CUU!!! Problem is that they won't be happy if they missed out on a project the size of this and end up stuck with a not as economic Galore Creek.

The only problem I have trouble is that they look at the average of past trading days. The only way around it is to see appreciation in SP of CUU of the next months and that gives me the impression we will get delays.

Regardless...lets see how Teck acts first.
