When I worked for a consultant, and finished up an important project for a client, my butt would have been blasted if that client was waiting for something as simple, quick and easy as a summary and a signature. I am sure the summary is a matter of cutting and pasting important bits of the full report and archiving the supporting data. Waiting a full month for this seems absurd.
