I really don't think he needs to free up money for furure options - if the options are in the black he could sell shares then (at a higher price) or borrow to buy them. Pretty easy to borrow money to buy $1.00 options on shares trading at $4.00 (numbers just for example).

Why sell now unless it really is for future purchases to bring up the share price when needed? To me this is the only positve twist we can put on this...

I am going to vomit if I hear another "this delay means a better buyout" or this bad optic is really a good thing song and dance. So often it is stated that obviously negative things are somehow really for our future benefit. Lets call a spade a spade?

There are many good things and bad things happening with our stock - lets keep both eyes open. I'm still holding my shares and expect to be in the black when it is all over, but reading the constant chearleading and conspiracy theories is getting to be a bit much.
