If EE is demanding 60-80 per cent of the current 87 cent s/p, then we're talking $1.30-$1.50

They are not talking about sp imo. When I talked with ES he told me that they will negotiate on value regardless of sp and they along with EE knew the value of SC based on the the pounds in the ground and ROV method of value. If it was a simple matter of sp EE could certainly jack up the sp by buying 4-5M shares on the open market yet he choose to put his money in PP at .85 cents.
