BRF and Prospekt have a good points, and I reiterate that you have to interpret new info in terms of historical context. During the VRIC presentation ES stressed the ROV approach, yet a lot of folks are not convinced that TECK will thake that into consideration in their valuation. I do no discard the SP in the negotiatons, BUT I also think TECK is savy enough to recognize the vaue of the ROV vs NVP approach.
I think there is a lot of support for the ROV approach in the moining industry and having a look at this paper may be worth it. Check out the participants in the study.
