That was Elmer responding to my question on the 12/24 call

I pointed out to him that the Salazar agreement provided for CUU to be the principal in the JV agreement that was mandated to be drawn within 60 days of the BFS until they earned whatever interest they opted for

Elmer allowed as how that didn't make sense because Teck was more experienced

I allowed as how, so what.......

Teck needs to bring money to run the show

I do not understand not using whatever leverage you have
