The delays may simply be that Teck has no time to look at it. No point starting the clock if they are not able to put a full crew on it. On one hand it looks like we have good management on the other hand the delays look like a gong show. IMO the delays are deliberate and giving us the best chance for the best deal which would be good management and consistant with how they have run everything else.
