I'm not sure whether I agree with you or not Liddy and that's because we really don't know what's going on.

If it's a matter of signatures - well then yes, CUU management can go and walk over to each individual person - hire a PI to find them and get it signed.

If it's a matter of actually getting the condensed version then there's only so much management can do besides call everyday to TT and be like "Where is it?"

If we're in negotiations and this is all a ruse, then there's not much they can really do.

So if it's something they can't control - then we can't really blame them, we just don't know if it is or it isn't however.
