Actually it's kind of a valid post/point but the last part of the above line messed it all up for you.
You apparently already know the answer to your own assumption so why even bother...?
Clearly you're not invested in CUU or at least I hope you're not the way you feel about Elmer and his work.
Maybe it would just be better to move on to a real "quality stock" and leave this "looser stock" to us naive investors.
