The numbers used are from Reuters (site provided in his post). As you can see, it states BASIC COMPENSATION the salaries. OPTIONS COMPENSATION were not updated.

FYI: I have never in 5+ years of being invested in CUU received any mailings from CUU, so I don't know what circular you are talking about.

If I made a mistake I apologise for my conclusion.
