Ok I posted what might be construed as the negative part now the positive, the Bfs was completed when, we don't a actually know, when did merit start the review, because TT has had well over the 45 days to come up with the condensed version of the BFS. The condensed version could have started while the review process was going on and then tweaked. So as the deadline approaches the more likely something is going on. A surprise deal coming, that's what I think so. Time to let us know where we stand.
