Going by CUU's history, I think we should look forward to May 31, 2013 as the end date

Once the BFS is delivered we are no longer going by Cuu's history. The ball will be entirely in Teck's court. Imo, if it's a buyout decision they will have to make it within 60days of the BFS drop. That way they will have enough time for a vote to make it official and still have time left to deal with surprise offers from other suitors. However, if they are going to back in then they can leave it right to the last minute. I asked Elmer about this and he agreed that a buyout decision would have to come sooner rather than later.
