It just seems like it could actually somehow be delayed (insert reasons here) even if they are under regulatory timelines.

If I understood MetaComet correctly, in theory the Liard shares should have already been transferred, right? If this is the case, then IMO in theory Teck could wait this out the full 120 days, although if a JV needs to be created and signed within 60 days, then they obviously have to have a decision made before starting the paperwork. So, back-in and/or buy-out before April 5th? Let's hope.
