They must have been expecting to transfer these shares eventually--that's why they put Elmer on the Liard board.

I don't buy the whole it's being printed thing anymore. I assumed that Elmer would deliver it to Teck while he was in Vancouver. If he's returning tomorrow to Calgary that makes me believe that they will have delivered it at that point and then it will be published on SEDAR. So, it might be published tomorrow when they return.
