Whether it is paper or digital, does it really matter?
I think it does as the office is using an excuse that this massive document needs to be priinted out in full and that is part of the reason for it taking so long. It seems like an unlikely reason to me.
If it is actually true, then fair enough - but if they actually do submit it digitally, then why tell us printing it takes so long to do?
Just a bit tired of excuses and being a bit skeptical I suppose. I hope it is filed on time, but if I had to place a bet on it I would expect them to miss the deadline and have more excuses like "the printer broke on page 9999, and we had to order a new one and start all over again"
