They have a legal requirement to have it on Monday. So they are filing the extension now or they have the document in hand. They'll review what's being filed to make sure it's all there and the regs will check the list. Then it can be filed. Today, tomorrow, Monday what's the difference. It they think it will cause market movement it will be out today so people can read it. If they think it won't do anything we'll see it Monday or the NR stating they requested a 30 day extension.
