To me ...looks like everyone is just waiting to see some positive movemnet upward before anyone starts buying.....and I dont mean the manipulators...I meant the true blue people with cash, let it be small investors or big company`s.

I know im still sitting tight.

I keep buying at the highs and regreting it.

Once I get confirmation that Teck has the BFS and the clock has started then I think I`ll pick some more up but until then....seems this is what everone else is doing ( people that I`ve spoke with). Others are just tapped out.
