Liddy77, when I talked with Elmer at the convention he did tell me that Teck will be given the BFS at the same time they file it on Sedar. So your point is really moot as Teck will be getting its copy and the start of the 120 days will start at that moment. Its not like Teck doesn`t know what`s in the BFS already as they were consulted along the way and they have all the data to make their own conclusions. The BFS document just provides their BOD an outside independent evaluation so that they can make their decisions with more backing.
