The filing on SEDAR is a TSX Exchange requirement and has nothing to do with the Agreement with Teck. That Agreement did not specify a time limit when CUU has to send the "Feasibility Notice" and the BFS. So not meeting the SEDAR filing deadline will not impact the Agreement at all. Of course, it would be egg over management's face if they fail to meet the deadline again. JMO
