I asked about 120 clock and he said if they need 121 days that would be just fine.
I agree that, if it takes an extra day or even week to finalize everything - so be it.
But you don't go IN with that mindset IMO. You go in with a "I've already delayed everything this long with my shareholders, I should try to at least hit this deadline." Going in with the mindset that deadlines are flexible (even if they are) just shows that management has little concern for deadlines - at the least it's not a priority. This shows in both there words and in their actions.
I was on the fence about Arizona and following them - but unless they finish a (favorable) deal in less than 120 days (closer to 60-90) I don't think I will be. They don't do anything for retail (except take phone calls, but they wouldn't have to if they were more transparant to begin with), even as simple as adding a few extra words in a NR.
I'm sure this will get done, and we will probably get a good deal and get paid - but ES isn't my "friend" where I can let things go, he's a "business partner" that's should be given less slack than a friend. We've already cut him quite a bit. Still in it till the end, but it's looking like it'll be only till the end.
