No different than the BFS announcement. Basically CUU is just stating where they are at in the "Big picture" of things step by step. No hype, no statements suggesting anything even remotely related to a buyout or whatever Teck has in mind. "Just the facts ma'am, just the facts", and what the options Teck has going forward. The only consolation I have from the NR, is that, now everything is in Tecks hands for at maybe,a maximum of 120 days or so? No more waiting on CUU, Tetra Teck or anyone else to blame. In the meantime its business as usual for ES and company to figure out a drilling plan for this spring/early summer. Maybe tie up loose ends on establishing a CUU2 for Arizona properties with legal dept.
