Who honestly expected a market reaction today?

I guess I am naive, but I thought much of the lagging in the market was attributable to uncertainty

Granted there are several forms for this to take, but in the mining industry, I sort a thought officaillly providing incontrovertable proof that you had an economic potential greenfield Copper mine, with infrastructure, stable politics, no enviro or native peoples issues and sufficient PM credits to pay for mining the copper, and demonstrated inferred and potential resources to build a couple more 100,000tpd mines would, you know, and you own all but a small smelter return, would translate into some demand

Silly me.....
