This line of thinking is speculative and we have 0 assurances to actually back this up. There's also wording Elmer has been reported to have said such as Teck being further up the curve/more up to date then he thought... If he was talking to Teck in the level of detail before about not needing to drill, well then why would he be surprised about this? You're not likely to make that sort of comment if you've been talking to Teck the whole time. We also have to realize that although we might have been working with Teck, that's not necessarily on the high level management side that would be able to make these decisions. Teck isn't one person, it's a bunch of engineers, analysts, managers, account managers etc. that wouldn't be able to give them a green light without working together and coming together on that sort of decision. I don't see that many people working on giving them a green light on that and that information not being remotely leaked.
