Question regarding offer from Teck

When Teck presents the offer, whether it is a percentage buy-in or 100% buyout, is CUU going to keep negotiating until a price is agreeable to both parties OR, is CUU going from that point, notify other majors what Teck's decision/offer is and welcome any higher bidders?

Hopefully, because CUU is trying to keep a friendly relationship with Teck, does not mean we do not explore the possibilties from other majors. This is business. JMO.
