I can't see any good reason the SP would go up besides back in, buyout OR speculation on backin or buyout ... That being said, I wonder if ES, EE are still blackouted. They probably are since the NR mentions they are in negos. Basing negos on SP should be irrelevant since EE could lift it wherever he wants when he gets the chance...
