If its true that the clock has'nt started this is a huge disapointment indeed. I understand they can DD it and make sure its bankable before authorizing the transfer of liard shares but I'm affraid at the consequences on the timelines. How effin long can they review it before effin starting the clock already??? I was happy thinking we were 120 days away from the end but now, who knows really?? ouch ...
