There have been some big sells in the last few years - presumably from some folks that may have significantly more weath and experience than I. What are they thinking? Don't they like money?
So my quesion to you is do you know what goes on in the head of each investor that sells? Maybe it has nothing to do with the merits of the project and their decision to sell is because they need money to buy a house or other things. And as far as your presumption goes about folks that may have significantly more wealth or experience than yourself - don`t put yourself down Chappy because I think you are a pretty smart guy. And I also feel a little insulted by your insinuation because I think I am a pretty smart guy also. After all I`ve been a PE for over 30 years and have worked as project manager on some very large projects in my lifetime. Anyways, not trying to put anyone down Chappy so don`t be so sensitive, just trying to get them to think and reason a little bit. LOL
