My understanding is that the 30 day review period is included in the 120 days.

So, they have 30 days to try to challenge the information in the BFS or justify why it is not an adequate report. I believe that the clock has started, and Elmer had indicated that in the past - there was never any mention made of a thirty day review period. The language that as soon as it was delivered to teck, the clock starts.

I've also read in the past few days from other posters that Elmer had said the clock has started. I think I'd trust his information rather than what Jason said.
