The good news is that they are in discussions with Teck. This shows that Teck is at least interested in the project.

The bad news is that it appears we are in discussions because we did not fulfill the Option Agreement. It sounds like the ball is in Teck's court.

I'm just happy to know that Teck has the feasibility and that we are waiting on them for once.
