Pretty straightforward logic in my opinion. Delivery of document triggers clock. Document is delivered. Therefore clock is triggered. Tick tock.
I think that management has made it clear in their official communication with Chappy that the 120-day clock has not started.

The 120 day clock has not started, Teck is within a 30 day review of the document and is in current discussions with Copper Fox.
We are advised by Legal that we cannot discuss these matters in detail due to the sensitive nature of such.
