Far too many attempts to dissect this complicated legal document ad nauseum. Generally I think the efforts are constructive. And generally I enjoy reading your posts as they're well thought out, intelligent and insightful, but I fail to see the point of criticizing me for oversimplifying only to ultimately agree with me. Maybe you just feel like being provocative?

I've already read the above points and are well aware of them, and in previous posts have stated that my understanding is that, even if there is a 30 day review, it's part of the 120 days.

My point is, if Elmer says the clock's ticking, I believe him over Jason. I'm just happy that a document has been delivered to teck putting them on the clock. I don't give a hairy rat's ass at this point whether it's 120 days or 150 days, as long as a deal gets done.
