If we are only in "discussions", I don't believe directors would be involved. I believe they would only come in once something has been agreed to in principle or at a draft stage.

If there are any directors out there please weigh in on this, but I think its up to Elmer and staff to discuss or negotiate and then involve the BOD once there is something formal to be presented to them as an official offer that needs to be accepted or rejected for presentation to the shareholders.

My thoughts, my opinion, nothing more.
