There is certainly a pall over the board this morning as some of our more knowledgeable folks have driven home the reality of the dismal economics that have been certified in the FS

We all are aware of the potential shortfalls in the FS and some of the remedies

Well, all I have to say is some of the so called knowledgeable folks you refer to have never picked up the phone to talk with Elmer or Mike. And as for the "reality of the dismal economics" you are referring to, this is just the bare bones, most conservative base case and are not realistic numbers Teck will be using to evaluate SC. There is most conservative ( which is what Teck wanted and got) and there is more realistic numbers which, no doubt, Teck engineers have.

As for management falling down on the job to not produce the best possible looking BFS you have to keep in mind that they were working under constraints with Teck. This is what Teck wanted to see - a most conservative BFS. Unfortunately, alot don`t uderstand that. That`s fine because its their lost if they sell now.

Also as far as a buyout price based on sp. Ones that are telling you we will not get multiples over our sp just are ill informed and have never picked up the phone to talk with Elmer who will give you several examples of companies that have been purchased for 300 - 500% over sp. Our situation is unique, insiders own the majority of shares and are not going to settle for anything less than fair value which imo is multiples over our current sp.

So there you have it from a long but no matter how many good things are posted here I suspect that it is not going to change the opinions of some pessimists. That`s ok to each his own. We are all responsible for our own DD and investments.
