You are asking them about material information. They can't even say a NR will be issued on Friday at ...O'clock. That would be illegal. So sometimes you get a vaguer timeline because they actually know when an item is coming. On issues like reports from independant persons, they can't say when because they don't know for sure and only have a window on it. As for the length of the delays, I think they are reluctant to tell the truth and I've harped on them about it. Something else is at play there or they would be more forth coming.
